Before contacting us, please go to www.postnl.com and enter your PostNL tracking number (which you can find with your Paypal payment/in the e-mail Meaux sent you) plus your postal code to find the latest tracking details of your parcel. Do you live outside Europe?

- Why are the products so cheap?

Over the years Meaux has managed to work together with some local stores whom willing to sell their stock for bulk prices. This means Meaux is able to keep their prices below retail, also after adding their margin. 

 

- Are the products authentic?

All the products on our platforms are 100% authentic. Meaux is regularly doing legit checks to guarantee authenticity. Fortunately we can let you know that we have never found a counterfeit product. This means authenticity is guaranteed, time after time, again. 

 

- How can I exchange an item I have purchased at Meaux?

At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website.

- The items received are incorrect or are defective. What should I do?

- Are the items included in the shopping basket reserved automatically?

No, including an item in the shopping basket does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping basket.

 

- In which countries can I shop online?

Meaux ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number.

 

Please note: your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority.
