Return policy: 

 

As a customer of Meaux you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after the day you received your purchase. Please note, before you do, you have to contact us. When returning your purchase, please bear in mind that: 

 

⋆ Returning request must be received within 14 days after receiving your purchase;

⋆ Item(s) must be shipped within 7 days after receiving our approval of your request;

⋆ Item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them;

⋆ All original tags, packaging and accessories must be included when returning;

⋆ When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the item(s). Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Meaux will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
